Last December, while packing hampers, Patrick reached for a glass of Black Shuck Dark Rum… only to realise he’d poured the Spiced Rum instead. “Never mind,” he said, topping it off with the Dark. The result? Delicious. But something was missing. A splash of our Banana & Toffee Schnapps later, and the blend was complete—rich, warming, and irresistibly smooth. Just as Sarah declared it needed a name, We Three Kings began playing on the radio. And just like that, the spirit of the season was bottled.
